lasallebotanique.com is an E-Commerce Site of a small modern beauty care brand, La Salle Botanique, that offers essential and elegant nature-based beauty and home accessories. We sell skin and hair care, soap, and candles using the diversity of plant oils and butters, herbal extracts and hydrosols, clays, and coal. Our thoughtfully created formulas include delicate high-edge lab ingredients that, together with herbs, gently care for your skin and hair.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
SHIPPING
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. We ship orders within 3-4 business days. Orders ship USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. Please note that certain items can ‘sweat’ (candles) or melt (face and/or body creams) in extreme heat.
In case the product you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you when it will be available. If an item quantity cannot be increased in the checkout or when adding to your cart, there are limitations on how many of that item we can ship to you right now. Unfortunately, we cannot send more than the current limit.
RETURNS OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We stand by the quality of our products; defective products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please inspect the goods and contact us at: diana@lasallebotanique.com if you have received a defective product. For better understanding, provide photos and a description of a problem. If you have not notified us as above, we may not accept any reject at a later date.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
All returns must be sent UNUSED within 7 days of receipt to:

La Salle Botanique has the right to deny the issuance of a refund to an order that is believed to be previously used. Beauty must be returned in its original package. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
The card used for the purchase will be credited with the full original purchase of the defective product. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to La Salle Botanique before the refund or replacement can be issued. When returning items, we recommend you hold on to proof of postage – we cannot take responsibility for any parcels that might get lost in transit.
CANCELLATIONS
While we are disappointed when it happens, we understand that sometimes you need to change your mind and cancel an order. Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been shipped. If the order has been dispatched before the cancellation, we cannot cancel it, and the order will be considered valid, and the customer will remain liable for the full payment.

The arbitrator’s award shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in any jurisdiction court. Suppose any legal or equitable action, proceeding, or arbitration arises from or concerns these Terms and Conditions. In that case, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorney’s fees. The parties agree to arbitrate all disputes and claims regarding these Terms and Conditions or any disputes arising as a result of these Terms and Conditions, whether directly or indirectly, including Tort claims resulting from these Terms and Conditions. The parties agree that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision. The Arbitrator will determine the entire dispute, including the scope and enforceability of this arbitration provision. This arbitration provision shall survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions.
Class Action Waiver
Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place individually; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN EACH INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE, AND/ OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, SUCH AS IN THE FORM OF A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER. Further, unless you and La Salle Botanique agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
