Shipping and Returning Policies

SHIPPING

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. We ship orders within 3-4 business days.  Orders ship USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail.

Please note that certain items can ‘sweat’ (candles) or melt (face + body creams) in extreme heat.

In case the product you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you when it will be available. If an item quantity cannot be increased in checkout or when adding to your cart, it’s because there are limitations on how many of that item we can ship to you right at this moment. Unfortunately, we cannot send more than the current limit.

 

RETURNS OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We stand by the quality of our products; defective products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please inspect the goods and contact us at: diana@lasallebotanique.com if you have received a defective product. For better understanding, provide photos and a description of a problem. If you have not notified us as above, we may not accept any reject at a later date.

 

RETURNS PROCEDURE

All returns must be sent UNUSED within 7 days of receipt to: La Salle Botanique 1233 Ball Park Road, Jeffersonville, GA 31044

La Salle Botanique has the right to deny the issuance of a refund to an order that is believed to be previously used. Beauty care must be returned in its original package. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

The card used for the purchase will be credited with full original purchase of the defective product. The damaged product must be returned to La Salle Botanique before the refund or replacement can be issued. When returning items, we’d recommend you hold on to proof of postage – we cannot take responsibility for any parcels that might get lost in transit to us.

 

CANCELLATIONS

While we are disappointed when it happens, we understand that sometimes you need to change your mind and cancel an order. Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been shipped. If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, we cannot then cancel it, and the order will be considered valid and the customer will remain liable for the full payment.
