How to use soap:
Do a quick rinse to wet your skin before applying any soap,
- Using a loofah, washcloth, or just your hands, apply bar soap to your body,
- Start at your neck and shoulders, and work your way down the length of your body,
- Don’t forget to wash your legs and get between your toes with soap and water,
- Use a soap dish that offers drainage or a soap-saver pouch so the soap can dry between uses.
How to store your natural soap if it is not in use:
Handmade soap needs to be kept dry & cool to last as long as possible. If your soap gets hot, they start smelling like rancid oils. If the bars are in a humid area, they will lose their scent quickly. So better places to store your soap are a linen closet or clothes drawers.
